2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item was received damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items

- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper handling
4. Return Authorization
Before sending any item back, you must contact us for Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is defective or damaged)
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us to arrange a replacement shipment.

- Infinite Scope is not responsible for lost return shipments
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:

- Provide photos of packaging and product
- Keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.
